You'll also be well-versed in advising on major corporate legal work, leading insurance strategy, and collaborating with other Company Secretaries across the AXA Group. If you're a highly motivated individual, with a proven track record in company secretarial functions and a passion for promoting the highest standards of corporate governance, we invite you to join our team at AXA UK.

Extensive experience in matters of law, regulation, secretaryship, accounting, business finance, strategy, ethics, and governance, particularly within large group structures. Detailed knowledge of the AXA Group, including its corporate culture. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills, including the maintenance and development of relationships with non-executive directors. Demonstrated lateral thinking, problem-solving, and creativity, coupled with exceptional organizational and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.
