Commercial Project Manager is a role that covers both the Sales and Execution areas of multi-million euro international projects that keep us on track towards achieving our mission. You would be the project entrepreneur responsible for commercial aspects and project financials (controlling & reporting).  What Are My Responsibilities? Entrepreneurship Co-lead the projects together with Project Manager in managing and optimizing targeted financial results ( Variation order management, improvement in project gross profit, improve cash management, assets position and financing instruments) Customer Focus Actively manage customer expectations together with PM Communicate with customer's commercial representatives to collect information about customer’s procedure for financial relevant topics ( Approval procedure, invoicing, payment steps, customs clearance, etc.) and manage resolution of commercial issues Commercial Partner Think and act holistically in the interest of Siemens Energy (incl. compliance topics) Responsible for educating project team members on project financials Project Acquisition & Award Build direct interfaces and relations with customer procurement/ contracts department Support Regional Sales Teams and Product Centres on all commercial and financial topics throughout the whole sales/bid process (contract analysis, cost calculation, business models, financing concepts, currency, payment securities, insurances, export control, PATAC, tax and delegation concept etc) and ensure LoA compliance Project Financials Ensure the accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project books and records (, Forecast, MIKA, cash flow) Lead cost review sessions with project execution team and prepare commercial documentation for regular project status meetings Risks, contract and claims Management Identify, assess, respond, monitor, report all commercial risks, calculation, tax, insurances, currency Co-lead the contracts/claim/change order negotiations Together with the PM, proactively set up a contract and claim management plan, including regular risk reviews Support the PM in identifying, minimizing Non-Conformance Costs Compliance Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, Business Conduct, Limits of Authority, Tax, Transfer Pricing, Export Control, Permanent Establishment management, Delegated Levels of Authority, hedging/ currency regulations) Demonstrate a ‘safety first’ approach and live the Zero Harm culture: thinking & working safely, in line with organisation & regulatory requirements Stakeholder management Interface with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, Regions, Treasury, Accounting, Business Controlling, HR, Quality Management, EHS, customers, suppliers, consortium partners etc. Lets Talk About You Assertiveness and ability to convince Able to identify the opportunities Motivating the team Ownership Ready to walk the talk, being bold and doing the right things Intercultural Understanding others and embracing values Negotiation Focusing on win-win approach Listening Open to opinions, suggestions, and discussions Solution oriented  Problem-solving mindset when facing challenges Your Profile Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant accounting qualification Excellent English skills Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), SAP and other relevant IT tools Experiencing Managing projects - several years of commercially managing complex external customer projects  Worked with international projects and multicultural environment Direct interfacing with external stakeholders (suppliers, customers or partners) Let’s talk about us "Let’s make tomorrow different today" is our genuine commitment at Siemens Energy to all customers and employees on the way to a sustainable future.Here at Siemens Energy, we drive innovation, develop new technologies, apply cutting-edge technologies that will set new standards in terms of efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
