Senior Project Manager/Senior Contracts Manager – MEP

You Will Lead and manage MEP projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Administer and enforce contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Manage and mitigate contract risks and disputes. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Conduct regular project meetings to ensure effective communication and problem-solving. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that MEP installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction with project deliverables. Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions to clients in a clear and transparent manner. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement effective risk management practices to minimize project disruption

You Will Have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Senior Contracts Manager in MEP In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards. Strong understanding of contract law and construction contracts. Team Building and Leadership Planning Commercial & Contract Awareness
