The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years’ experience in a similar strategy, planning or research role. Or be an experienced strategic B2B client services person looking for a move into strategy full time A range of strategy experience across brand, positioning, ABM and demand gen. They will generally be a solid pair of hands who can deal with any brief that arrives. The ability to see the wood for the trees; rapidly assess research and information for ‘what it’s really telling us’ A keen interest in all things marketing; be constantly learning and as such bringing new ideas and inspiration into the agency Experience and interest working with tech clients
Key responsibilities include:
End to end strategy, everything from conducting audience and market research, developing value propositions through to crafting comms plans; content, channels, tactics and media recommendations. Developing new strategic approaches and frameworks as well as exploring new tools to continually evolve our ways of working A senior member of the agency, helping shape agency direction, creating new service offerings and being a respected spokesperson Has the experience and gravitas to deliver strategic advice and presentations to C-suite level clients Setting the direction across multiple large accounts. Proactively defining strategy as well as supporting the account management team to spot opportunities Leading RFP processes, interpreting requirements and structuring winning pitches
