Band Senior Sister/Charge Nurse - Emergency Department Fixed term maternity cover 

The Emergency Department at The Horton General Hospital currently has an development opportunity for a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to support a fixed term maternity post

Previous experience working in an Emergency Department is essential. 

We are a / -day clinical area, and you will be expected to work day, night and weekend shifts.

We are looking to recruit nurses who are highly skilled and motivated, who are proactive and have proven clinical and people management skills. 

You will need to be an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, alongside a passion for delivering compassionate high quality care as part of a large multi-disciplinary team. You will be expected to lead and motivate the team, using critical thinking in clinical decision making to maintain a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
