This is for a Designate Store Manager position. The role will include stores in Shirley and the surrounding area within an hours drive.

An experienced leader, you’ll have great organisational skills and the ability to build relationships based on trust. With experience of managing others in a customer led business, you’ll be able to demonstrate success in a similar role and will be as passionate about what we do and bringing it to life for our customers as we are.
You’ll be a great listener, exceptional communicator and effective at delegating and making sound commercial decisions. In you’ll also need:
