This position will suit an ECT or experienced Maths specialist who wants to work with a friendly staff body who are appreciative of each other. The successful candidate will have the personal tenacity to ensure that every student succeeds in their learning and that whole school policies are fully implemented and modelled. You must be flexible, imaginative, ambitious and a skilled professional, who is committed to raising the achievement of every student in the classroom.

This role is offering full time hours on a permenant basis.

Your role will include:

Planning and teaching

Assessing following the school marking policy

Promoting good progress and outcomes

Adapting teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of pupils

Managing behaviour effectively

Demonstrating good curriculum knowledge

Liaising with parents

Requirements for the role include being a committed and talented teacher who is able to promote the schools ethos and values. The school is looking for someone who is a caring and nurturing person, adaptable and flexible with your methods as well as resilient and patient with challenging behaviors.
