About the Team:

The finance team plays a pivotal role in steering our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. We are dedicated to maintaining robust financial health, optimising profitability, and delivering exceptional value to our stakeholders. Our mission is to empower the company with accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.

About the Role:

•Assist in providing accurate and timely management reporting to assist to business stakeholders.

•Oversee and coordinating the month end process.

•Liaising with external auditors.

•Lead, manage and develop a small finance team.

•Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

•Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements.

•Review accounting/business processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations.

Candidate Requirements:

•Experience in a similar role within ecommerce, beauty tech or retail is essential.

•Minimum of 3 years post qualified CIMA or ACCA experience.

•Previous experience supporting and assisting an audit process.

•Experience of managing a team and ability to motivate and leader a team.

•Detailed focused.

•Risk management.

•Ability to communicate across all levels via written & verbal.

1st stage – An informal 30-minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.

2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
