The Role:

We are recruiting for a Registered Care Home Manager to lead Greenacres - our 62-bed care home in Banstead, Surrey. Working at 37.5 hours per week with the salary of £47,000 per annum.

What does it mean to be a Registered Care Home Manager?

Delivery of a service which is economically viable, manages resources effectively to meet customer expectations. Responsible for the quality of care provided - promoting individualized person-centred care, identify and report any risks or poor practice in line with Anchors safeguarding policy. Lead audit and inspections, conducted by CQC / Local Authorities to ensure excellent outcomes. Accountable for the success of the home - through effective marketing, financial management, community engagement, managing occupancy / recruitment levels and overall customer experience.

Who are we looking for?

A Passionate experienced registered CQC manager from a medium - large care home environment A strong understanding of CQC standards and their impact in care management and practice Outstanding leadership / people management skills – promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. A complete understanding of the needs of older people and dementia care
