Main duties of the job

Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up todate with current nursing practices. Undertake nursingassessment and evaluation to enable development of appropriate plans of carebased on the needs of the individual. Be proficient in the delivery of care to patients. Ensure safeadministration of drugs in accordance with NMC and CHS policies. Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHSpolicy and NMC guidelines. Working as an effective team member and promoting team andinterdisciplinary relationships.

The role will involve, but not be limited toyou performing the above.

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Trust Location: Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

Pay Rates: £15- £25 Per Hour.

Assessing and monitoring patient conditions Checking symptoms and vital signs and arranging diagnostic tests Displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision making in changing clinicalsituations Working as an effective team member and promoting team and interdisciplinaryrelationships

Statement of NMC Registration Degree /Diploma in Nursing Undertake regular mandatory training.

Experience

Essential

A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
