Sie müssen selbstbewusst sein, mit Menschen gut umgehen können, Teamplayer sein und Beziehungsgestalter mit Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft sein.

Da Personalvermittlung eine Verkaufsrolle ist, wird von Dir erwartet, dass du Ziele erreichst und motiviert bist, damit du zusätzlich zu deinem Grundgehalt, eine Provision verdienst.

Requirements

Deine Rolle im Uberblick:

Als Personalberater wirst du ein Spezialist im Technologie- oder Energiebereich werden. Du wirst in einem Markt eingesetzt und die Erwartung ist, dass Du schnell ein Experte darin wirst.

Während des Trainings durchläufst du unser intensives, preisgekröntes Trainingsprogramm. Nach vier Wochen wirst Du mit dem Rest Deines Teams in eine Umgebung eintreten, wo Du durch Unterstützung weiter lernen wirst und riesige Erfolgsmöglichkeiten hast.

Du wirst lernen, wie der Rekrutierungsprozess funktioniert: vom Bewerbermanagement über Kundenbeziehungen bis hin zu Verkauf und Verhandlung. Du bisst verantwortlich für Dein eigenes Business Development, damit Du neue Kunden gewinnst und Deine Kandidaten erfolgreich vermittelst.
