Main duties of the job

Job description

Job responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in Primary Care with a focus on delivery of the highest quality care to our patients.The key skills and experience should include Cervical Cytology, Childhood Immunisations, management of Long Term Conditions, Travel advicevaccines and cervical cytology is essential. Fully qualified registered Practice Nurse adhering to standards expected by the NMC. Experience of working in Primary Care. Experience of Chronic Disease Management. Experience of working autonomously. Experience of working as a Practice Nurse. Experience of Infection prevention and control measures. Experience of managing elderly and housebound patients.

Desirable

Mentor qualification. Post graduate degree or diploma (Chronic Disease Management) Family planning qualification
