How you’ll make a difference

This is a brand new and exciting role which will be pivotal in supporting the execution of the enterprise data strategy by offering technical architecture guidance for data initiatives and driving business progress with pragmatic, value-focused data approaches.

The Enterprise Data Architect plays a vital role in shaping and driving the direction of the organisation's data framework, while also offering technical guidance in the relevant sector. You will be instrumental in crafting and deploying the overarching data technology strategy, ensuring it resonates with both present and upcoming business requirements. With a profound grasp of architectural practices and data technologies, you'll adeptly map out our current landscape and comprehensive data structure, while also steering the design and roll-out of future plans. Working alongside teams across the business, including both internal and external IT stakeholders at all levels, this collaboration aims to align with the enterprise data strategy, adding value through data-driven solutions. 

What you’ll bring

Understanding with previous experience of architecture frameworks like TOGAF & BIAN and data-specific frameworks.  Specific experience, knowledge and understanding of Mongo DB Atlas across Azure and AWS Hands on experience working with Mongo DB Experience in designing, architecting and implementing business critical services using Mongo DB Knowledge and best practice understanding of patterns for real time and analytical use case Strong experience and competency in working with larger project teams & stakeholders, reviewing and shaping alignment of integration platform and data architecture to support cross-functional needs. Track record in defining data architecture and governance policies, principles and the assurance processes to monitor compliance. Demonstrated expertise in consolidating customer data into a unified profile using Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions. Proficiency in developing and maintaining logical and physical data models and databases for business solutions, data dictionaries, and data governance frameworks. Proven ability in assuring and designing data migrations, including technology choices, reconciliation approaches, and implementation strategies.
