Job Description

Our client is an award-winning marketing agency that produces extraordinary creative work for the commercial and residential property sector. They are the market leader in their field, have been established for over 4 decades and are in the process of evolving to the next stage of their offering. This is an exciting period for them, the property sector is extremely strong, and they are looking for an innovative Studio / Lead Graphic Designer to help boost the creative output of this renowned agency.

 

Senior Graphic Designer

Our Ideal candidate;

 

You will be a conceptual, productive, and collaborative problem-solver, they require a cool head who can work to tight deadlines whilst at the same time maintaining high levels of creativity.

 

You will also be able to bring on junior designers and lead by experience to grow a small team into an innovative, capable creative studio.

They’re looking for someone that is in it for the long-term journey who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.

 

Studio Lead Designer

Core responsibilities;

 

Their small but long-established creative studio (over 4 decades) is looking for a dedicated team player, to grow individually, help build the team around them, and deliver projects to brief, budget and deadline.

 

You will:

 

•      Constantly strive to progress and improve their creative content to the highest level.

•      Work with the Directors to continually develop the Company’s visual brand, focusing on their unique personality and point of difference.

•      Always thinking ahead, observing the marketplace and proactively developing new ideas.

•      Work with other designers to maximise synergy in concept development.

•      Supporting and inspiring other members of the creative team, ensuring their understanding of the brand and helping them deliver fantastic work.

•      Challenging briefs and working closely with account managers.

•      Sometimes working to short deadlines and fast turnaround times.

·       Ability to work on a variety of projects and collateral types at any one time.

 

 

Senior Creative Designer

Required Skills:

 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a creative agency or inhouse team.

• A creative flare towards developing high quality content that is engaging and

distinct.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organization skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to a brief, budget and deadline.

• Comfortable designing for print, digital and social briefs.

• Portfolio that showcases direct skills and creativity.

• Ability to effectively use Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. An additional background in motion via After Effects would also be beneficial.

• Web or Property sector would be good but not essential.
