Job Duties:

- Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

- Develop individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs and abilities

- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students achieve their learning goals

- Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development

Required Qualifications:

- Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs

- Previous experience working with students with SEN

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

- Degree in Education or related field

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SEN Tutor

Knowledge and Skills:

- In-depth understanding of different learning needs and strategies for students with SEN

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual students' requirements

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Patience and empathy towards students with SEN

Working Conditions:

- Part-Time hours

- Temporary position

- Work in an educational setting with students with SEN
