We are looking for a Presentation Specialist to join the Marketing team.

You will be responsible for creative concepts and direction, design solutions, and/or art direction for print materials, presentations, and audiovisual mediums. Transform draft materials and concepts into concise and meaningful end products.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with communications, marketing, and other crew to define, plan, and coordinate content, design, and presentation solutions.
  • Use creative tools to enhance Vanguard's communications and marketing capabilities.
  • Transform draft materials and concepts into concise and meaningful visuals, media, and/or design solutions.
  • Maintain a library of presentations within Vanguard’s content management tool. Manage regular content and data updates to adhere to financial regulations.
  • Maintain design standards and brand identity. Comply with Vanguard policies regarding electronic media. Collaborate with external vendors on implementing artistic services or design solutions for Vanguard.
  • Collaborate with the business and leaders to ensure finalized products satisfy clients' needs and expectations. Provide recommendations as needed on design and creative solutions.
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


What it takes:

  • Flexibility and effective time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience creating and managing presentations.
  • Experience with Seismic or similar content management tool.
  • Basic knowledge of the asset management or financial services industry would be an advantage.

  • Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
  • This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office location Tuesday-Thursday.
