Main duties of the job

Ensure a good standard of quality control during preparation and dispatch of food. This includes the documentation of the process in accordance with the safe food temperature charts. Ensure the good hygiene in regard to all aspects of the working of a Catering Department including the maintenance of a good standard of personal hygiene. Ensure the correct use and storage of equipment. Ensure the correct storage of all equipment and disposable items when issued.
