Our programme provides the opportunity for successful candidates to navigate professional life by exploring the world of NexSys - NexSys has a single focus – to develop and deliver excellent integrated business solutions for small and medium-sized manufacturing and distribution companies, to enable them to become more efficient and gain a competitive edge in their industry.

By joining our Graduate Programme, you will journey through the full lifecycle of our NexSys business. You will have the opportunity to rotate around each area of the business and gain exposure to the following teams: Product, Sales, Account Management, Customer Experience, Customer Support, Project Management, Consultancy, Finance and Technical Services.

Requirements

Our programme is aimed at taking high calibre graduates through a broad training programme, covering all disciplines relating to the running of our NexSys Business Unit. Upon successful completion of the training programme, successful candidates can look forward to securing a permanent role with a promising career.

The programme includes:

We would love to hear from graduates with the following Qualifications:

A minimum of a 2:1 academic degree - All degree subjects will be considered but the role would especially suit a graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Sciences, Finance, Maths, Accounting or Economics.

Majority 6 to 9 (or equivalent) GCSE grades and a Minimum of 3, A-C grades at A-Level.

An interest in the software sector.

A strong desire to build a career in general/business management.

Hard working (dedicated and effective).

A commitment to a ground up learning style.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong ability to communicate at all levels and to work well as part of a team.

Extensive critical thinking and research skills.

Good self-motivation and independence to take on individual projects.

Ability to take on responsibility.

Ability to stay focused and calm under pressure.
