Job Overview
We're looking for a curious and technically capable individual who has proven experience in generating insight from disparate datasets.
Responsible for the delivery of Operational reporting and analytics for Technical Services. Using data and Ml to deliver operational insight solutions using Power Bl to support the business and our clients. Developing reports & insight that will drive tangible value and change both internally and externally.
Play a key role in supporting Technical Service and Connected Workspace leadership deliver business and customer goals through the use of data, analytics and story telling.
This role will inform and support the development and adoption of Mozaic, Mitie's award winning analytics portal.
Main Duties
Deliver operational reporting to surface insight for users
o Driving usage of Mozaic our self-serve analytics toolset
o Governance (documentation & lineage) of datasets generated for analytical or reporting purposes
o Drive the development of performance reporting & insight for use by Technical Service leadership
o Assist with the implementation of change initiatives where necessary, and embed Mitie values and
o Adhere and promote best practices and consistency across the team
What we are looking for
Proven track record of value added analytical deliveries with at least 2yrs experience in similar roles
Microsoft Power Bl experience highly preferredUnderstanding of one or more data languages (SOL/Pandas)Specialist analytics skills including modelling, data preparation, visualisation and story telling preferredMust have a curious approach with good analysis skills to produce practical solutions to a range of problemsExperience of facilities management, property industry, customer experience or similar preferredSince , Mitie's 68, employees have been maintaining companies globally.
