Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to apprentices, helping them reach their goals on time.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with employers to ensure seamless training and assessment—and secure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular learning reviews with apprentices and employers at their workplace to ensure continuous progress is being made.
  • Assist in onboarding new students through the interview process and induction sessions.
  • Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to support apprentices’ overall learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Experience in apprenticeship delivery is desirable, but full training is provided to exceptional candidates.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with both apprentices and employers.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding training and support to apprentices.
  • Regular travel to organisations around Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties is required, so a full, clean driving licence and access to own transport is essential.
