Our client is looking for a friendly Customer Service / Membership Engagement Executive to help support and maintain their existing members.

Our client is a local organisation dedicated to supporting and connecting local businesses to enable them to grow.

Their role is to ensure that, working together, they create connections within an ever-growing peer network and become an enabler for business growth locally, nationally and internationally for Bedfordshire based business.

They are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Membership Engagement Executive to join the team. The main focus will be on membership retention, engaging with current members to review and maximise the use of their membership.

The ideal candidate:

No prior experience is needed, they just need a great communicator who enjoys building lasting and meaningful relationships. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Have a strong will to help others

Key Responsibilities:

  • To engage with current members to build and maintain relationships ensuring their needs are met and that they feel valued and supported
  • To attend and participate in some Chamber events to maximise engagement
  • Facilitate member-to-member introductions
  • Maintain accurate records and details of client interactions on the CRM as per company procedures

Benefits:

  • £24,500 pro-rata salary - based on 22 hours
  • Part-Time - Monday to Thursday - 9.30am to 3pm
