YOUR ROLE @CHANEL: 

The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and be the driving motivational force behind the team, making strategic decisions in line with the wider global fashion priorities and support the CHANEL difference with OBOS (One Boutique One Story).

This role is responsible for driving boutique performance, People & Organisation & clienteling strategy and operational efficiencies of the boutique to assure an exceptional client experience and optimum profitability.

 WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL: 

Develop Management team to ensure their teams deliver the Chanel experience to every Client. Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs and partner with them to tailor individual action plans

Organise team according to business needs and delegate responsibility to translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives

Create a psychologically safe environment for the team to grow and thrive. Empower the team and encourage innovative solution

Be the voice of CHANEL by communicating strategic vision, KPIs, projects, initiatives and ensure that the team is consistently displaying Chanel Values & Behaviours

Create a collaborative, cohesive structure across the terminals that supports mutual growth

Lead and develop business of the boutique by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic knowledge of your business and relay to all relevant stakeholders with an effective business plans

Champion, develop and nurture a customer centric and service mindset in store

Design and support implementation of a strong CRM programme for the boutique that aligns with the fashion division’s client priorities

Maximise the potential of all product categories carried in the boutique through regular product buys and work closely with the support of – Merchandising, VM, Training, Marketing, and W&FJ teams

Team on building the boutique events strategy ensuring alignment with company goals and targets

Create a strategic plan to enhance client experience across both boutiques through building and maintaining relationships with Heathrow stakeholders

Work closely with the Chanel Heathrow Operations Manager and Maintenance Team to ensure policies, operational standards and procedures are followed

Full accountability for the seasonal product selection within the boutique, working closely with the Merchandising and Finance team to ensure that budgets are adhered to

Maintain a balance between fashion trends and commercial buys, making sure to always represent the image of each collection
