SAP Consultant

As an SAP In-House Consultant SD, you will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module within Carlisle Construction Materials Europe. You will work closely with our IT team and business stakeholders to ensure the SAP SD module is aligned with our business goals and processes. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, configuring the SAP system, and providing training and support to end-users. You will play a crucial role in improving our sales processes and enabling our company to achieve its strategic objectives.

We are looking for a dedicated SAP In-House Consultant specialized in Sales and Distribution (SD) to join our team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our SAP SD module to enhance business processes and
customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• SAP SD Module Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SD modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation functionalities.
• Integration and Testing: Collaborate with other SAP functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other modules such as MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and (E)WM. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP SD module releases, enhancements, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvement, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Incident and Problem Management: Monitor our ITSM (Service Now) tickets, troubleshoot and resolve SAP (SD) related incidents and problems reported by end-users. Collaborate with the SAP support team and external consultants if necessary.

• Experience as an SAP SD Consultant
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD modules in SAP S/4HANA and EXCC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
