The IQVIA NLP team is looking for a product manager to look after our unstructured data content. You will understand the value of unstructured content in the healthcare and pharmaceutical domains and how users want to interact with this data. You are well-placed to put the customer’s needs at the heart of the development process and to communicate the value of the enriched data to IQVIA’s clients. Currently consisting of over 200 million documents, you will use state-of-the-art NLP technologies, to identify new sources for the IQVIA NLP Content Store, and develop appropriate enrichment and annotation strategies as well as innovative channels for data delivery.

You will be part of the IQVIA NLP Product Management team reporting to the Director of Product Strategy. You will have the opportunity to speak to existing users to understand their requirements and you will manage the roadmap for the IQVIA NLP Content Store. The Product Management team collaborates closely with Services, Go-To-Market, Product Development and UX teams to ensure that data feeds work as intended and messages are clearly communicated to the target audience.

Responsibilities include:

Understand the market need, maintain the roadmap and work closely with the delivery team to successfully make annotated data available to clients. Work with our Delivery and Customer Success teams to define and deliver customer projects; attend customer meetings to understand requirements and ongoing delivery Develop an implementation package for users and support with documentation, “how to” videos and sample code Develop marketing materials, including videos, presentations, and collateral; and maintain compelling demonstration resources.

Requirements

Product management skills and dedication to product quality. Comfortable in an outward-facing role, with a solid ability to communicate with both general and technical audiences. Experience will data sales would be an advantage. A background in life sciences or healthcare is essential. Experience with data vendors in either of these domains is desirable. Expertise with data science tools, natural language processing and large language models would be advantageous. Familiarity with Agile scrum development process is preferred. Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Market research and product marketing experience: You should be able to demonstrate how you’ve been able to understand your market, customers and competition and then apply this information to your growth strategies
