Year3 Teacher Responsibilities
Planand deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3students
Assess students progress and providetimely and constructive feedback
Create apositive and inclusive classroom environment where students feelsafe and motivated to learn
Collaborate withcolleagues to develop and implement effective teachingstrategies
Communicate regularly with parentsand guardians to provide updates on studentsprogress
Deliver engaging and effectiveinstruction to Year 3 students promoting active participation andacademic growth
Use a variety of teachingstrategies and resources to cater to different learningstyles
Year 3Teacher Requirements
QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experienceteaching in a primary school preferably with experience in year3
A strong understanding of the nationalcurriculum and assessment frameworks
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Passionfor education and commitment to inspiring and motivatingstudents
Ability to work effectively as part ofateam
