As a Reward Advisor, you will bring solid reward experience to contribute and support the continuously developing Reward framework and be instrumental in the delivery of Reward and Benefits activities and in line with Heathrow’s reward principles is essential, as the role will be a trusted contact for the Business Partnering, Resourcing, Organisational Effectiveness and Business Services teams. You will provide expert Reward & Benefits advice, guidance, and education to these Business. Specifically, this role will be accountable for cyclical reward activity such as our annual salary review process.
Supporting the annual Reward processes - leading on some components of the processes/projects. Involvement in Annual Salary Reviews, Pay Deals, Out of Cycle Salary Reviews, annual bonuses and long-term incentive plans. Reconciliation of system generated incentive plan calculations. Calculation of Gender Pay Gap, Ethnicity Pay Gap and CEO Pay Ratio, and input into the drafting for the externally published report. Conduct annual Equal Pay Audit and present findings and recommendations internally. Updates and maintenance of salary ranges, including system set up and reconciliation. Accurate completion of Job evaluations within required SLA. Manage the job evaluation process ensuring it is fit for purpose, efficient and delivers stakeholder requirements. Determine Job Group and Job Family and Salary Range as appropriate. Salary Approvals, ensuring they are completed consistently, accurately, aligned with reward principles and within SLA. Manage the salary approval process ensuring it is fit for purpose, efficient and delivers stakeholder requirements. Relevant compensation experience including, but not limited to, market data, salary reviews, incentive plans, salary approvals and job evaluations. Strong numeracy, process, and analytical skills, work with large data sets, with natural accuracy and an eye for detail. Collaborative mindset with experience in communicating effectively across all levels, influencing internal stakeholders, with the ability to enable stakeholders to understand Reward and Benefits structures, principles, processes, data and reports. Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and proven ability to multi-task on numerous topics of varying project lengths and complexities. Excellent MS office application knowledge including Excel capability to manipulate, merge, analyse and present data, including lookups, pivot tables and graphs. Knowledge of Job Evaluations processes and/or frameworks.Ideally, you’ll also have:
Experience of Rewards tools such as Willis Towers Watson experience /Radford Prior experience using Oracle.
