Experience in delivering training or support to staff will be helpful. A personal commitment to openness and transparency is essential.

You will play an important ambassador role for Speaking Up across the organisation, ensuring all staff are aware of the arrangements for raising Whistleblowing concerns and are supported to do so. You will play a key part in promoting a culture of trust across NHS Fife, valuing the raising of concerns as a route to learning and improvement, and ensuring the National Whistleblowing Standards are functioning at all levels of the organisation. You will also be a source of advice and support to those staff who volunteer their own time and experience to be Confidential
