About the Role

Are you a seasoned Security Supervisor with a valid SIA license, seeking a challenging and fulfilling career opportunity?

As a vital member of our security team, you will be tasked with ensuring the safety and security of both our customers and staff. We are actively seeking an adept individual with a proven track record of 5 years security experience.

In this role, you will take ownership of all aspects of the security environment ensuring comprehensive security procedures and operations. Supporting you will be a dedicated team of security officers.

You will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.


Job Opportunity
  • Leading and positively managing the security team through coaching, training and regular communication.
  • Delegate workloads effectively with a focus on ensuring the team is well-prepared to address site emergencies.
  • Ensure employees are compliant with policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure staff attendance, appearance, aptitude and attitude meet required standards, addressing non-compliances as needed.
  • Maintain a secure site by applying site specific security rules, processes and standards.
  • Record, report and document incidents with high quality reports (verbal and/or written).
  • Achieve and encourage a high standard of customer care and providing an effective shift presence.
  • Managing the planned and unplanned absence of your Security team.
  • Carrying out welfare/return to work meetings, shift absence management and appropriate investigations where necessary.
  • Provide consistently high levels of customer service.
  • Any other duties as determined by the Management Team.
