About the Role:

As the General Manager - Telematics & Connected Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and growth of our LiveLink product and sales. You will lead our team in our UK headquarters while also being responsible for aligning global strategy and driving revenue growth. Your expertise will shape the direction of our telematics and fleet management solutions, encompassing hardware, firmware, software, and apps.

Your Responsibilities as a General Manager - Telematics & Connected Services:

In this key leadership role, your responsibilities will include:

· Setting and executing the global strategy for JCB's LiveLink product and sales, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

· Leading the development and growth of our telematics and fleet management solutions, driving innovation and excellence across hardware, firmware, software, and apps.

· Providing strategic direction and guidance to our UK-based team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of telematics and fleet management solutions across the organization.

· Developing and nurturing strategic partnerships and alliances with suppliers and customers to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.

· Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.

· Support the JCB Global Dealer Network to identify key product value propositions and use this to maximise customer LiveLink use, renewal rates, aftermarket revenue, and customer experience.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

· Extensive experience in telematics, fleet management, technology, IoT, and sales, ideally in a senior leadership capacity.

· A proven track record of driving business growth and revenue generation through strategic planning and execution.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

· Experience leading development and/or sales teams in a technology related field. Exposure to agile delivery methods would be preferable.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of business.

· Strategic mindset with a keen eye for identifying market opportunities and driving innovation - a willingness to make change happen.

· A collaborative and inclusive approach to leadership, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion within the team and organization.
