Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Accountant with several years of PQE gained in either a group finance function or top accounting firm to join our Group Finance team 

This role has a wide range of responsibilities, providing you with a varied role covering a wide range of reporting within a FTSE 250 Plc.

We are looking for a fully qualified Accountant with strong technical experience, preferably with an audit background. You will provide senior technical accounting knowledge/support to the Group finance team. Coupled with supporting the finance transformation team with the Jedox financial consolidation system migration.

This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join our Group finance department and be a part of the change we are delivering within the Rank Group.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant: ACCA\ACA\CIMA with several years PQE Audit Background, preferable  Good system knowledge, ideally Dynamics 365, and experience of consolidation systems Advanced Excel skills, with experience of macros A desire to build the commercial knowledge which support the ability to understand and interpret the numbers, drawing upon the candidate’s technical financial skills Ability to plan and manage own time effectively to ensure delivery against deadlines A keenness to learn and understand the business and to add value by using financial analysis to assist in driving performance Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
