Working as a trusted talent partner, we help to shape our client's growth by playing a fundamental part in their recruitment strategy. Supporting their recruitment growth, by identifying top talent from engineering shop floor to senior-level opportunities, Orion has become the trusted recruitment partner of choice to many.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Internal Recruitment Consultant to join us on a 6-month contract to help us with our next growth phase.
This role will be based in our Reading office and could have the potential to be extended depending on business needs.
As a Senior Internal Recruitment Consultant:
- You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting the very best talent through a variety of platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing/headhunting on job boards, advert responses, etc. These roles will be across both our Reading and Aylesbury offices and will cover all teams including Manufacturing, Engineering/Technical, Construction &; Gas.
- Conducting interviews at all levels from initial telephone calls all the way through to F2F interviews.
- Writing job adverts to be posted across all streams.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to give updates on recruitment, CVs, Interviews, etc.
- Solely handling the recruitment process from the initial brief to offer management.
- Social media engagement by creating/writing posts on LinkedIn to attract talent.
- CRM management, ensuring this is kept up to date.
- Potential travel to our Aylesbury office to meet with candidates and/or Hiring Managers.
As a Senior Internal Recruitment Consultant, we are looking for:
- A previous background in recruitment – this could either be in agency recruitment, internal recruitment or talent acquisition.
- A good understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter – this will be a good chunk of your role
- We work as a team in which we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, who works hard, and is committed to hiring the very best talent for Orion.
