Job Summary

Responsible for the achievement of TerritorySales Quota manage and develop customer base control expenses whilecontributing to ZOLLs profitability. Cover assigned territorypromoting products to the prehospital (EMS) market including firedepartments ambulance services police and municipalagencies.

Tasks

EssentialFunctions

  • Achieve andExceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas andrevenue targets for your designatedterritory.
  • Strategic Territory Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales plans thatinclude shortterm and longterm goals market analysis and strategictactics to capture new businessopportunities.
  • Customer RelationshipManagement: Build and maintain strong longlasting customerrelationships. Understand customer needs address inquiries andprovide exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction andloyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an indepthunderstanding of our products and services including their featuresbenefits and competitive advantages. Be a subject matter expert andeffectively communicate this knowledge tocustomers.
  • Sales Prospecting: Identify andpursue new sales opportunities by proactively prospecting andqualifying potential customers within yourterritory.
  • Pipeline Development: Build andmanage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow ofopportunities effectively nurturing leads through the salescycle.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compellingsales presentations and demonstrations to potential clientsshowcasing the value and benefits of ourofferings.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurateand timely sales reports forecasts and market feedback tomanagement. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions inour CRM system.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stayinformed about industry trends market competition and emergingopportunities. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain acompetitive edge.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including marketing and sales supportfunctions to ensure seamless customerexperiences.

  • Proven trackrecord of highperformance sales achievements ideally in a similarterritory management role.
  • Strong understandingof the industry and market trends as well as our products andservices.
  • Exceptional negotiation communicationand presentation skills.
  • Resultsoriented with apassion for exceeding targets and driving revenuegrowth.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and capable ofworking independently.
  • Excellent problemsolvingand decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to adaptto changing market conditions and prioritizeeffectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software( salesforce ) and other sales tools.
  • Bachelorsdegree in a related field ispreferred.
