What Does
the Host role include?

 This is a key role within the hotel, with direct
responsibility for guest relations, and in charge of ensuring a first-class
experience for all visitors.

• 
  
• Meeting and greeting all guests to the venue
  upon arrival, and taking feedback upon departure
  
• Complete knowledge of guest requirements and
  requests, allocating tables and reservations accordingly for both
  restaurants
  
• Show-around of the hotel and escorting guests
  to their restaurant tables and private rooms
  
• Liaising with all front-of-house departments
  throughout service to ensure constant excellence
