The purpose of this role is to lead IOS/AR development teams delivering work for our clients, ensuring the on-time delivery and quality of application code. The role is a mix of hands-on development, oversight and leadership of multiple project teams and you are expected to always lead by example. The role has ultimate responsibility for implementing processes, communicating, and enforcing, ensuring mobile standards. As part of your day-to-day role, you will provide mentorship and leadership inspiring the best work from your team members.

You Will:

Mange the development of our core client apps, and related products. Be experienced with Restful services. Contribute to R&D projects with the aim of keeping our technology and infrastructure ahead of the competition. Work closely and collaborate with CX designers and stakeholders to develop rich and compelling new features. Carry out debugging, profiling and refactoring to improve and optimize existing code. Contribute to wider discussions on tech values, business goals and company culture.

You Have:

5-8 years experience developing apps. Exceptional Swift skills and genuine passion for iOS development. In-depth understanding of UIKit or SwiftUI, or both A dedicated follower of modern Apple frameworks and the evolution of Swift. Experience in writing high quality, maintainable, testable code. Enthusiasm for exploring creative solutions to uncommon problems. Meticulous attention-to-detail and commitment to building first-class user experiences. Familiar with current development team tools and process: Agile methodologies, version control, continuous integration. Overflowing with ideas and always willing to speak up on ways to improve our products, tooling and culture.

You May Have:

Familiarity with one or more of the following Apple frameworks: ARKit, RealityKit, SceneKit, CoreLocation. Experience working with 3D geometry. Comfortable developing algorithms and working with complex data structures. Experience working with Combine, RXSwift or similar reactive framework. Ability to move fast when required, develop rapid prototypes and react quickly to changes.
