As the successful Maths Teacher, you’ll bring a love for numbers and a commitment to student success. Please note this is a temporary to permanent role and the successful candidate is expected to start in December 2024.

Maths Teacher - Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Maths curriculum
  • Organised and professional maintenance of the classroom and the associated resources
  • Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school
  • The Maths Teacher must plan and deliver engaging maths lessons to students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Assess and provide constructive feedback to students.

Maths Teacher - Qualifications:

  • QTS Status and enhanced up-to-date DBS.
  • Bachelor's degree in a maths-related field.
  • Teaching experience in mainstream Maths at secondary level.
  • A Maths Teacher with strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Passion for inspiring young minds.
