We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to boost revenue through effective sales strategies and promote additional services to our valued customers within the Datashred.

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business revenue and promoting additional services within our Datashred and Group divisions. Your primary responsibilities include leveraging telesales skills to close deals, upsell to existing clients, and meet set targets. Your ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and communicate effectively will be essential in achieving success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Field incoming sales enquiries from new customers and manage through the sales process to closure Ensure all opportunities are followed up sufficiently to maximise conversion rate Gather core information from the conversation to ensure that the correct products are offered Negotiate pricing and contract terms Achieve a set revenue target per period

ABOUT YOU

Experience within customer service Internal stakeholder management skills Strong attention to deal, able to remain accurate when dealing with data-input Ability to identify any additional needs with customers through effective communication Able to work towards targets
