Job summary

Weare seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join ourteam as a Home Visiting GP. The ideal candidate will provide high-qualitymedical care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, well-being,and continuity of care. Main duties of the job

Conduct home visits to assess patients' medical needs,provide diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.

Perform routine medical examinations, screenings, anddiagnostic tests as necessary.

Prescribe medication, administer treatments, and provideongoing management.

Educate patients and their families about healthconditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals,including nurses, specialists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patientcare.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records inaccordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Demonstrate empathy, sensitivity, and professionalism inall interactions with patients and their families.

Person Specification

Experience

Essential

Previous experience in primary care, or home healthcare preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain medical concepts to patients and families. Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Compassionate bedside manner and a commitment to patient-centred care. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
