Salary: Starting at £23,445 + favourable Uncapped Bonus Potential

Our current Top Performers are earning over £12,000 bonus per year on average Typical average bonus earnings are between £358 - £558 per month.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Early finish on a Friday & No Weekends

Monday - Thursday 11am - 8pm & Friday 9am - 3pm

Training:

Week 1: 9am - 5pm (Teams Classroom based) Week 2-8: working hours either 10am - 7pm or 11am - 8pm Monday - Thursday (Grad Bay + Route to Competency) Week 10 +: Set Back Shift: Monday - Thursday 11am - 8pm & Friday 9am - 3pm

Location: Remote Working

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify leads. Identify and understand the needs of potential clients to effectively pitch our products or services. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies for success. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks using CRM software. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and enhance product knowledge through training and self-development.

Role Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a customer centric environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Persistent and resilient attitude towards rejection and challenges. Adaptability to quickly learn about new products and industries. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
