We are seeking a versatile and confident Cover Supervisor to join our team and work with our excellent schools. This role involves supervising classes across a variety of subjects and ages, ensuring a positive learning environment and managing behaviour effectively. Opportunities are available to work in both mainstream schools and Special Educational Needs Schools.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with the schools policies
• Support students with SEN, adapting materials and approaches to meet the needs of the individuals
• Liaise with relevant staff members (such as support staff)
• Provide feedback for the class teacher

About you:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• Must have excellent behaviour management and feel confident in running the classroom
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across a variety of different subjects and with a variety of students
• A commitment to inclusive education and supporting students with SEN.

There are opportunities for flexible work to suit your current schedule.
