This role is suited to an experienced Head Chef or top calibre Sous Chef from a high end restaurant background with ideally at least Rosette experience, looking to launch a landmark restaurant striving for industry accolades and incredible customer experiences in South Yorkshire. 

The Brasserie will be an elegant, comfortable and inspiring place to be and to work. With our famous Brunch menu, high end lunch and evening dining, oyster and champagne room, cocktail bar and afternoon tea lounge. You will be able to form and lead a team of highly skilled chefs to strive for the industry accolades that cement The Brasserie on the culinary map.

You will collaborate closely with our sister venue @thewoottonhallestate to plan seasonal produce for our menus, and be part of our brand new Kitchen Garden project as well as our existing Walled Garden at the hall. A passion for sustainability and our produce vision is important to us.
