Secondary SEN Tutor

- Provide targeted support and tuition to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students achieve academic progress
- Monitor and assess students' progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure students' learning goals are met
Required Qualifications:
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the UK education system
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
- Work primarily in a one-on-one tutoring setting
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student learning
- Support throughout the entire process

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
