JobOverview:
As a Junior Lettings Negotiator,you will be at the forefront of the property lettings process,ensuring clients receive top-quality service and support. You willbe responsible for liaising with landlords and tenants, managingproperty viewings, and negotiating tenancy agreements. This role isperfect for someone who is organised, personable, and driven bysuccess.

Here's what you'll bedoing

  • Callingpotential tenants to build relationships, understand theirrequirements, and qualify theiraffordability
  • Conducting property viewings tohelp tenants find suitable homes
  • Negotiatingdeals while meeting or exceeding individual and teamtargets
  • Liaising with tenancy progression andproperty management teams to preparetenancies
  • Spotting business opportunities toincrease income, expand local market share, and maximisecross-selling with other departments
  • Buildingand maintaining relationships with local businesses and otheragents
  • Complying with ARLA Propertymarkstandards, Property Ombudsman & RICS Code of Practice , and allnew lettings and estate agencylegislation
  • Keeping up to date with allocatedtraining and standard workingpractices

  • Full UK driving licence is a plus butnot essential
  • Prior experience is advantageousbut not required, as training will beprovided
