GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic English graduates for a local secondary school based in Weymouth to join their Future Teacher Programme. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in education while making a real difference in the lives of students.

As a Trainee Teacher you will support the experienced English faculty in delivering engaging lessons and receiving excellent teacher training for your future career in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the planning and preparation of lessons under the guidance of teachers.
  • Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to enhance their understanding of English literature and language.
  • Encouraging a positive learning environment and fostering a love for English among students.

Requirements when applying (full support provided):

  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
