ThePotentialOpportunity
  • Takeownership and / or support with the growth of clientaccounts
  • Representing the lab as the trustedadvisor to clients demonstrating and deliveringvalue
  • Providing the voice of the clientinternally to galvanise delivery teams around the objectives andexpectations of your clients
  • Strategic accountplanning to identify opportunities for growth for the lab andmitigate risks / threats to therelationship
  • Lead new business efforts withinyour accounts by proactively seeking and converting newopportunities for hedgehog labengagements
  • Accurate forecasting of growthopportunities and reporting on expectedbillings
Aboutyou
  • Demonstrableexperience in developing/establishing longterm strategicrelationships
  • Proven track record of presentingto senior stakeholders (whether clients external organisations orinternal leadership)
  • The ability to ideateproblem solve and communicate how digital products will deliversuccess
  • Passion for driving meaningful resultsfor clients and the agency
  • Business caseROI
  • Strong presentation and communicationskills; compelling storytellerswelcome
  • Naturally curious and inquisitive innature
  • Knowledge and understanding of digitalproduct delivery methods waterfall agile kanbanscrum
  • The appetite to drive change andimprovement with our clients and within the agency and you enjoy(or lean into) influencing positive change in those aroundyou
