Purpose of Role

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join our Building Solutions Team to work on new build and refurbishment projects for the defensive sector

Job Description

The role will be taking the lead on managing multiple projects across the South of England ranging in values up to £10M

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects across the region within the defence sector Provide project direction, focus and consistency across the project Managing regular interaction with the client Managing performance of sub-contracted delivery teams Financial management of project Reviewing project schedules and budgets Setting up and maintaining the project risk and issues strategy and processes

Essential Qualifications/Skills

Proven project management experience SMSTS & NEBOSH NVQ Level 4 or above in Construction Management Experience of managing commercial projects Excellent communications skills Adept at managing costs and sub-contractor performance
