We an excellent opportunity for a Reservations Assistants to join our small, friendly, fast-pace team based in Whitchurch, Shropshire.

The successful candidates will play a central role in assisting with the smooth running of the business across all areas of Reservations within Lookers.

Lookers are one of the top three motor vehicle retailers in the UK. We represent multiple manufactures, selling a huge range of car types. We also operate a number used car trade centres from hundreds of locations throughout the UK.

As a Reservations Assistant, you will be….

A key client service representative, responsible for speaking with our customers and being an ambassador for our business Responsible for handling reservations and sourcing vehicles Ensuring all specific customer procedures are followed within the reservation process Liaising with customers and suppliers Handling all aspects of reservations including extensions and terminations Completing reservation pre-checks on a daily basis Supporting on other ad-hoc administrational tasks as required
