Our client is one of the UKsleading franchises and they are looking for a Lettings Manager tohead up their team in WorcesterPark.

Area: Worcester ParkSurrey

Company:Franchise

Hours:Mon Fri 9am 6pm (Sat 9.30am 3pm)

Youwill be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis when working aSaturday you are given any weekday off (Your choice) as a day inLieu.

Tasks

  • holdingdaily Meetings with your staff/colleagues to talk through your dayand setgoals
  • Generateapplicants for the properties by calling through existingdatabase
  • Respondingto enquiries from property portals such as Rightmove Zoopla and onthe market by phone andemail
  • Arrangeand conductvaluations
  • Maintaindatabase of potentiallandlords
  • Attendvaluations
  • Landlordtouting/canvassing
  • Providetraining to staff whereneeded
  • Negotiateoffers with both tenant andlandlord
  • Settingand Hitting sales targets/kpi s on a weekly/monthlybasis
  • Complainthandling
  • Carryingout monthly 1 to 1 meetings withstaff
  • Managingprofit and loss foroffice/branch
  • Responsiblefor setting and maintaining customerservice
  • Managingcompliance / Checking move inpaperwork
