About the Role:

This is your chance to become the orchestrator of unforgettable theatrical experiences. You'll be the right-hand woman (or man) to the Head of Drama, shaping the curriculum, mentoring aspiring actresses, and directing show-stopping productions that leave audiences breathless.

  • Master of the craft: Design and deliver engaging lessons across KS3, 4, and 5, encompassing all aspects of drama from acting to technical theatre.

  • Nurture talent: Provide one-on-one guidance and support, helping students reach their full potential on and off the stage.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or related field (a plus).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
  • Proven experience teaching drama across secondary school levels.
  • Leadership experience in a school setting (desirable).
  • Uncontainable passion for drama and a contagious enthusiasm for inspiring young minds.
