Vehicle Integration Engineer

Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking a Vehicle Packaging Engineer to join our highly skilled and dynamic Engineering Team.
The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
Reporting to the Head of Packaging & Integration, you will be responsible for managing their vehicle zone area and ensure incompatibilities are tracked and resolved with the buy in from all stakeholders, escalated where required and supported with clear solutions and requirements.
What you will do:
- Working on zone specific package models and assemblies, understand and agree solutions
- Involvement in regular design reviews internally and externally as required.
- Managing issues and define when the escalation process needs to be used.
- Liaising with all engineering functions to understand commodity specific limitations and feasibility.
- Assisting in scoping and defining high quality and imaginative component technical solutions to project requirements.
Who you are:
- Engineering experience across a number of commodity groups e.g. interiors, structures, exteriors, chassis,
- Experience of Package/Concept/Architecture within the automotive industry
- Understanding of hardpoint development and regulatory requirements relating to new a future legislation (desirable)
- Design Experience with Catia V5 or equivalent
- Experience with project management and stakeholder management
- Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience (desirable)
