The Birkett Tap & Popworld is located in a vibrant and central area of Bristol known for its lively atmosphere. The area is bustling with activity, featuring a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops, making it a popular destination for both locals and visitors.
The street is well-connected and within walking distance to several of Bristol's key attractions, including the Harbourside, St. Nicholas Market, and the Bristol Old Vic theatre. It's also close to the business district and office spaces. The nightlife is lively, with many venues offering entertainment, making it a hotspot for evening outings.

The Birkett Tap is Bristol’s quirkiest new venue; we are still our guests go-to rustic pub yet we offer a fun energetic atmosphere, ranging from Retro games nights, to FIFA tournaments and even a TFI Friday "Thank Funk Its Friday Vinyl night” Sharing is caring and we are all about that tapas and wood-fired pizza life. We still have our visitors everyday ‘pub grub’ on our menu but we’ve added loads of lighter choices too We cater for everybody at The Birkett.
A little bit about you...
The successful candidate will have experience managing a large business, preferably one that operates across multiple formats. As an experienced General Manager you will have a passion for late-night activities and sports is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
